Working for Travelaer —now Pros— gave me the opportunity to design a responsive booking engine for El Al airlines from scratch.

I was able to participate and conduct workshops directly with the customer to collect all the necessary information to build personas, scenarios and define all the phases of the booking process.

I’ve had the privilege to work with talented developers to build —pixel by pixel— every step of the booking engine. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team.

I’m incredibly proud of the product we’ve built together, and it’s very hard to summarize what has been achieved in less than one year: from refining a complete responsive design system to define a complex user journey that involves old and new technology infrastructures.

But the most though and challenging thing to keep in mind crafting a booking engine, was designing it in order to be compliant with airlines regulations.
