About me

I am someone who sees things very differently.

As a result, I have a high capacity to innovate and anticipate.

I care deeply about human connections, with colleagues, clients and end-users.

I value flexibility and what I mean by ‘flexibility’ is trying new things.

Doing things in the same way over and over again isn’t innovation.

I live to innovate.

I'm very friendly and always open to discussing new projects, ideas or opportunities to be part of an event.

Work Experience

Lead Experience Designer

I'm currently employed by Symphony, a unicorn company focused on collaboration tools for financial institutions. Together with a wonderful work team, I'm working to improve the design and consistency of the management portal, and kept the product simple as it grew up in complexity and features.

At the same time, I'm overhauling the design system so that it can be translated to other enterprise products.

The main challenge is to design better automated workflows —for a secure platform that is crunching encrypted data— to reach higher performance and make engineers happy.

Senior UX Designer

Working for Travelaer —now Pros— gave me the opportunity to design a responsive booking engine for El Al airlines from scratch.

I was able to participate and conduct workshops directly with the customer to collect all the necessary information to build personas, scenarios and define all the phases of the booking process.

I've had the privilege to work with talented developers to build —pixel by pixel— every step of the booking engine. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team.

I'm incredibly proud of the product we've built together, and it's very hard to summarise what has been achieved in less than one year: from refineing a complete responsive design system to define a complex user journey that involves old and new technology infrastructures.

But the most though and challenging thing to keep in mind crafting a booking engine, was designing it in order to be compliant with airlines regulations.

Senior UX Manager

I worked and lived in Treviso for two years, a period in which I fell in love with this small town in the north-east of Italy.

I joined Veneto Banca in 2015, and spent the next two years wearing different kind of hat.

As a manager I took care of all the bank's digital channels: ATMs, online and mobile banking.

Throughout my time at Veneto Banca, I worked with external agencies to help the company across its digital transformation phase taking care of the design and marketing aspect of banking products.

As a designer I worked on the redesign of BankUp mobile banking application. The application design was spontaneous-engineering-driven and was lacking usability and user experience. The redesign took into account of both the user needs, marketing requirements and above all banking compliance and security aspects.
